Border hallmarked: Rome city mark and maker’s
mark “VB”.
Rome, 18th century.
Gilt-silver; wrought and chased. Smooth centre with engraved coat of arms and quote “Deo Adjuvante” framed by embossed floral wreath. Recessed edge and curved border with fruit ornaments.
