Dreibeiniges sogenanntes Culpeper-Mikroskop nach der Bauart von Edmund Culpeper (1666-1738), der diese Art des Gerätes 1725 einführte. Dieses "Puben-Mikroskop" erlaubt die Beleuchtung des Präparates als Durch- und Auflichtmikroskop mittels eines Spiegels. Aufbau dreibeinig auf runder Sockelplatte. Über dem Tubus mit mehreren Zwischenringen und Abdeckverschraubung. Mittelteil Silber mit Schlangenhautoberfläche und vergoldeten Rändern.
